Processing time

Most products takes 5-7 business days to prepare for shipment maybe sooner.

The preparation time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies so we give a 5-7 day window to support our ability to JOYFULLY craft your medicines. For details, see email us before purchasing if require for a specific date.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you are in Chicago you may arrange for a pickup near Oak Park (Westside). Just message choose local on the shipping page. However, if your package is dropped at the location of your choosing and gets lost or stolen, it is not the responsibility of Rites of Wellness, LLC or affiliates to replace the item nor to give a discount. Please be sure you use a secure location when shipping/arranging pick-up.
