The traditional “Golden Milk“ supports the mind and body this beverage blend is nourishing and supports the Immune system and nervous system by supporting healthy stress levels as well as other qualities such as potentially anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, supports heart health, digestion and elimination.
Drinking golden milk in the evening can be part of a relaxing bedtime ritual.

*With Herbs such as Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Reishi, Cacao, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cardamom and Nutmeg. A great tasting trio in both non-dairy and dairy milks or a smoothie and coffee additive. Instructions included for each each type.

Serving Size : 1 - 1.5 tsp/cup of 8oz milk upto 3x daily
